Royal Cooking Demonstration

Begin your stay at Bissau Palace with an interactive cooking lesson with Kunwar Aanjneya Singh Bissau, a member of the noble family of Bissau. Enjoy listening to interesting anecdotes about the rich history of Bissau and its cultural significance while Kunwar Aanjneya teaches you how to make family recipes which include the culinary delights of Shekhawati, Mewar, Marwar, Chhattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh. Each region represents a noble lady or 'Rani' that was married into the family of Bissau and brought recipes from her home or princely state.
