Terms & Conditions

1. General
By making a reservation and staying at Hotel Bissau Palace, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding and applicable to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.


2. Booking & Reservation

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
  • A valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) is required at check-in.
  • Advance payment or credit card authorization may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur fees
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully and refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests or damage property.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms. You may smoke in the designated smoking areas of the hotel.
  • Use of illegal substances or weapons on hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
  • The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless secured in our official lockers or deposit boxes. Please ask the front desk for assistance with our deposit boxes.

6. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under the age of 9 may stay free with accompanying adults (with existing bedding).
  • Extra beds may be provided upon request and subject to availability (charges may apply).

7. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed.

8. Visitors

  • Visitors are allowed only between 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM and must register at the front desk.
  • Overnight visitors are not permitted unless registered as hotel guests.

9. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless permitted by management.

10. Digital Policy

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided to guests. Access credentials will be shared at check-in.
  • Guests are expected to use the internet service responsibly and in accordance with Indian IT laws.
  • Downloading or distributing illegal, offensive, or pirated content is strictly prohibited.
  • Public areas and common zones may be monitored by CCTV cameras for safety and security.
  • Guests are requested to refrain from tampering with routers, modems, or any hotel-provided tech infrastructure.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for any internet outages or reduced speeds caused by factors beyond our control.

11. Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (5 rooms or more) must be confirmed with a written agreement and advance deposit.
  • A customized group policy regarding check-in, cancellation, and payments may apply.
  • Group organizers are responsible for communicating hotel policies to all members.
  • Any damages caused by group guests will be charged to the organizer or principal account.

12. Private Events

  • The hotel offers indoor and outdoor event spaces for private functions (weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.).
  • Events must be booked in advance and confirmed via contract.
  • Noise levels must be maintained within local legal limits, and event curfews will apply as per Rajasthan state law.
  • Outside vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.) must be approved in advance by hotel management.

13. Spa & Wellness

  • Spa services are available by prior appointment only.
  • Guests must inform the spa therapist of any health conditions or allergies before treatment.
  • Children below 16 years are not allowed in the spa area.
  • Spa hours: 10:
    • 00 AM-7:00 PM Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

14. Swimming Pool

  • Pool hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM subject to weather and maintenance.
  • Pool use is limited to registered guests only.
  • Swimwear is mandatory; guests must shower before entering the pool.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No diving or running around the pool area is permitted.
  • Pool staff reserves the right to restrict access for safety reasons.

15. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.).

16. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of your stay at Hotel Bissau Palace will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

17. Privacy
Guest information is kept confidential and is only shared as per our privacy policy or when legally required. CCTV data and booking information are protected under applicable data protection regulations.

18. Modifications
Hotel Bissau Palace reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at our reception and website.
